Applying for the Transitional Housing Program/Mentorship Program

***We are NOT emergency housing, please call 211 if you are in need of immediate shelter.***
1. All approved clients are required meet weekly with their mentor/coach. (this begins prior to move-in)
2. Clients must be able to pay their own RV park space rent every month.
3. Clients are required follow through on budgets, goals & case plan as agreed upon by themselves and their mentor/coach.
This program is designed to help those in housing crisis who are ready to make positive changes in their lives and work towards a better and thriving future!
Case plans are individualized but typically include:
Credit repair services, therapy/counseling services, budgeting, saving, and job readiness.
